Pierre Perrin is a bespoke bicycle building workshop from Egly, France, in the proximity of Paris.
They specialize in road / touring or randonneur steel / inox and other material bicycles.
The company is still active and may be contacted via facebook or their website.
I noticed that their builds are almost unique and each built has it's own traits.
This particular frame is a lugged steel frame build using the super light Reynolds 753 tubing.
The seat stays are nicely brazed into thicker seat stay ends that join unterneath the seat post bolt.
The rear vertical dropouts have double eyelets for rack and fenders, and so have the fork tips.
The fork also has bolts for front rack mounting.
Interestingly, the right chain stay has a holder for spokes, which is the first I see on a touring frame.
The top tube has internal routing for the rear brake cable.
Original paint in good condition with some blemishes and small spots of surface rust.
The decals / branding on the frame is in very good condition and definetly worth preserving.
Size of the frame is 61cm (c-c) seat tube x 59cm (c-c) top tube. Ideal for a 190-195cm person.
International shipping.
